Company History Mission

The company was established in 1967, but its first production facility was already operating in 1952.
The Vignali brothers, Ettore and Roberto, followed in their father’s footsteps, who was a smith in a small peasant town in the province of Pesaro Urbino.
Until 1988, the company’s activity was focused almost exclusively on designing, manufacturing and installing stationary and transferable plants for aggregates processing, thus acquiring first-rate expertise on the European stage in the field of crushing, screening and washing.
In 1988 the market for aggregates processing plants started shifting its interest towards mobile machinery.

REV company, since the early signs of this emerging production opportunity, has entered this new market, offering a very wide range of products whose competitive edge is based on sturdiness and excellent construction quality; above all, REV has been producing machines particularly suitable to process wet and sticky materials, which is the problem that usually throw into crisis the production process of this kind of machines.

REV is operating in two facilities close to each other, consisting of a 16.000 m² covered area, where every production stage takes place: from designing to raw material processing, carpentry, sandblasting, painting, assembly, electrical and hydraulic circuits, up to after-sales service. Hence the overwhelming success on the market of REV CRUSHING PLANTS. This is also the reason why the potential customers put their trust in REV rather than other manufacturers, since they see in REV a company able to perform and monitor the entire construction process of complex and expensive machines which, in most cases, will become the fulcrum of the purchasers’ production activity
