With these screening track series, REV sets itself as an alternative to those machines that exploit an increased angle of the screening deck, and therefore do not allow an effective cleaning and a precise gauging of the chosen grain size. On REV screening tracks, the variable angle of the screening decks is between 15° and 28°, and the angle of the scalper grid is between 4° and 20°. Strategic is also the technical choice of designing identical screening surfaces both for the upper and the lower screening decks; this way, the vibration is fully efficient also when processing very small-sized fractions of the product, which often cause trouble to more sloping screens.
REV manufactures tracks with 2 and 3 decks, whose surface is between 3500x1250 mm (transport dimensions) and 4500x1500 mm, with or without vibrating grid and washing system.
